YOUR PLACE TO REHAB, MAINTAIN AND PERFORM

Graeme opened his Sports Injury Clinic in Kirkcaldy, Fife in 2014 and later co-founded Strive with his wife Carrie, who is a Nutrition Coach. They work together alongside a number of other expert  Health Coaches at Strive bringing you the best in Mindset, Nutrition and Movement to help you move, feel and live better.

He has worked with a range of individuals of all ages and abilities from fitness enthusiasts to Premier League Football teams and to those that have just gone over on their ankle coming down the stairs. An injury is an injury however you’ve suffered it and everyone gets the same superstar athlete treatment.

Graeme loves nothing more than helping someone solve a niggling injury, giving first-class Sports Massage for recovery and optimising athletes performance no matter what level they compete at. He uses his broad experience and skillset to turnaround a patient’s aches, pains and injuries and transforms them, getting them back to doing what they love doing better than they have done in years.

Many of Graeme’s patients come to him having been passed pillar to post and feel as though they’ve seen everyone. Graeme looks at the whole picture, taking into consideration their work and lifestyle, as well as taking into account nutrition and stress levels. He looks at the whole body, not just body parts.

He’ll help you understand in simple terms why you’ve got pain or injuries and support you back to full fitness. Working with Graeme you’ll learn how to move, feel and live better.
