RECOVER FASTER WITH SPORTS MASSAGE AT STRIVE IN KIRKCALDY
What is Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy?
Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy involve the assessment, treatment and management of the soft tissues of the body. It’s great for improving aches, pains and injuries that result from dysfunction on the muscles, joints and nerves. Combined with the whole body approach of Sports Therapy and Biomechanics Coaching it offers a fantastic way to keep on top of those common aches, pains and niggles.
Why is Maintenance essential?
Our bodies produce hundreds of thousands of repetitive moments daily and in activities like sports, which have a huge impact on the body. It doesn’t matter if your an office worker sitting long hours at a desk, have a heavy physical job or if you’re active and sporty it all puts a strain on your body that can create imbalances in the muscles, joints and nerves. This often leads to aches, pains, dysfunction and eventually injury. Most people wait until there’s a real and debilitating problem before addressing it. The longer you leave a problem, the worse it gets and the longer and more challenging it is to resolve. If you treat your body to regular maintenance you can prevent these problems.
