Finding the root of the problem

Many therapists are able to manage pain and injury but very few actually solve the problem. I aim to do both. I help to relieve the pain but at the same time look to treat the problem creating it. I love to help people of all ages and provide treatment for sports injuries and injuries unrelated to sport. I want to make sure you recover to full strength and get you back to doing what you love.

Injury Rehabilitation

Every patient is treated with special care, listening to you and your individual problem. I specialise in the assessment and treatment of sports injuries and my aim is to return you to full functional fitness, ready to take on your chosen sport in the fastest possible recovery time while also preventing re-injury. Together we’ll undertake a tailored rehabilitation program to restore pain-free joint motion, increase muscle strength and correct your biomechanics. This is where my professional advice is most valuable, in choosing the most appropriate exercises at the right time. I pride myself on keeping you focussed and achieving goals.

Solve the problem and get you back in action

I’ll solve the problem as quickly as possible. Many patients see results after the first session, others need a couple of sessions, others need longer, it all depends on the individual. I will advise you on exercises to complete at home and the approximate number of treatments needed. My aim is to be as transparent as possible.

I treat a wide range of aches, pains and injuries:

  • Lower back pain, Sciatica and disc problems
  • Neck and Shoulder pain
  • Muscle Strains and Ligament Sprains
  • Chronic pain
  • Bursitis
  • Repetitive strain injuries
  • Arthritis
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Achilles Tendinopathy
  • Cruciate ligament rehabilitation
  • Golf and Tennis elbow
